Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Historic District

Exceeded my expectations. All the amenities and the room were modern and clean. My stay was comfortable, and staff was excellent. Great pool, great food and bar as well. I loved that there was ample outdoor seating to enjoy as well, including a fire pit and front porch rocking chairs.

Staff was very nice and friendly. In regard to location, the hotel is on the outskirts of downtown Charleston. It is good to take a walk around the town. As the hotel has only valet parking, we used street parking right in front of the hotel at a lower price.

The location was great for walking all over Charleston. We parked our car upon our arrival and never had to use it as everything was within walking distance. The staff was great. The bar in the hotel was very cozy and the bartenders did a great job.

The price point ot this hotel was excellent given its location. You are in a prime spot to explore all that the City has to offer, for a great price. The Service was good, and the room was excellent. Good size bathroom, very clean and comfortable beds- great hotel bedding!! All the staff were really polite and pleasant. I was pleased and impressed by the quality overall of the Hotel. I have stayed in higher price points hotels, so initially was a little wary- is it too good to be true? I have to say it was really good and would come back.

Staff was wonderful! Check in employee was exceptional and valet staff system was fast and convenient! Location was so convenient. Plan to stay here again!
